unOpen.AI provides the infrastructure to host AI agents based on the OpenClaw framework. You acknowledge that AI is an evolving technology.

• Hallucinations: AI agents may generate outputs that are factually incorrect, misleading, or nonsensical ("hallucinations").
• Unpredictable Behavior: Because the user has full sandbox control to customize and prompt the AI, the AI may behave in ways not intended by the Company.
• Assumption of Risk: You use the outputs of your hosted AI agent entirely at your own risk. unOpen.AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information generated by the AI.

Your AI employee or assistant is a tool, not a professional.

• No Professional Advice: Outputs from an AI hosted on unOpen.AI do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice.
• Critical Decisions: You should not rely on the AI for high-stakes decision-making. unOpen.AI is not responsible for any business losses, personal injury, or legal consequences resulting from actions taken based on AI output.

As a "Full Sandbox" provider, we give the AI the ability to interact with its environment.

• Malicious Downloads: If your AI agent, through its own autonomous action or your instruction, downloads malicious software, scripts, or corrupted data into its VPS environment, you are solely responsible for the resulting system failure.
• Service Restoration: unOpen.AI is not obligated to provide data recovery services for instances that become unstable or "bricked" due to the AI's internal activities or the User's configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall unOpen.AI, its affiliates, or its employees be liable for any:

• Indirect or Consequential Damages: Including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business reputation.
• Financial Loss: Including any "spending" or "transactions" authorized or executed by your AI agent via third-party API integrations (e.g., if the bot makes an unauthorized purchase or stock trade).
• Aggregate Liability: In any case, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to unOpen.AI for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
