At unOpen.AI, we provide high-performance, private VPS infrastructure specifically
tuned for AI agents. Because our resources (CPU, RAM, and Storage) are reserved exclusively for your
instance from the moment of purchase, we adhere to the following policy regarding payments and
cancellations.
1. Subscription and Billing
- Recurring Billing: All services are provided on a subscription basis
(monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing
cycle unless cancelled.
- Immediate Allocation: Upon payment, our system immediately provisions a
private VPS and allocates dedicated resources. Therefore, costs are incurred by unOpen.AI
the moment your instance is activated.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at Any Time: You may cancel your subscription at any time through
your account dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your
AI sandbox until the end of your current paid billing period. At the end of that period,
your instance, its encrypted memories, and all associated data will be permanently
deleted.
- No Partial Credits: We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for
unused days within a billing cycle once the cycle has begun.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because unOpen.AI provides a highly customizable "Full Sandbox" environment, refunds are only
granted under very specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure of Infrastructure: If unOpen.AI fails to provide access
to the VPS infrastructure for a cumulative period exceeding 24 hours due to a fault in our
core systems, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued for:
- AI Performance: Dissatisfaction with the AI’s logic, "hallucinations," or
the quality of the OpenClaw framework.
- User Error: Accidents where the user (or the user’s AI) deletes data, loses
encryption keys, or misconfigures the agent.
- AUP Violations: Any account terminated for violating our Acceptable Use
Policy (e.g., hacking, illegal activity).
- Bot-Induced Crashes: If your AI agent downloads malicious software or
executes scripts that "brick" or disable the sandbox.
4. The "Zero-Knowledge" Data Loss Clause
As stated in our Privacy Policy, your data is fully encrypted. If you lose your access
credentials or the AI's internal state is corrupted, unOpen.AI cannot recover your
data. No refunds will be issued for data loss resulting from the user's failure to
maintain backups or secure their encryption keys.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We prefer to resolve any issues directly with our users.
- Dispute Policy: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your
bank/credit card provider before contacting our support team, we reserve the right to
immediately and permanently terminate your account and wipe all associated
data to prevent further unauthorized usage.
- Collection Costs: unOpen.AI reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent
chargebacks and may provide this Policy, our ToS, and your usage logs to the banking
institution as evidence of service delivery.
