unOpen.AI provides hosting infrastructure for customized AI entities based on the OpenClaw framework. Our service functions as a "Full Sandbox" VPS (Virtual Private Server).

We provide the computational resources and environment; however, the configuration, deployment, and daily operation of the AI agent are managed exclusively by the User.

By using unOpen.AI, you acknowledge that you have full administrative control over your hosted AI agent.

• Actions of the Bot: You are solely responsible for any actions, communications, or outputs generated by your AI agent.
• Malicious Software: Because the environment is a sandbox, you are responsible for any software—malicious or otherwise—downloaded or executed by the AI. unOpen.AI is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or server instability caused by software the User (or the User's AI) introduces to the environment.

unOpen.AI is a neutral hosting provider. You expressly agree that unOpen.AI shall not be held liable for any illegal activities conducted via your hosted instance, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to third-party systems (hacking).
• The generation of defamatory, infringing, or illegal content.
• Cyber-attacks or "botnet" activities.

If your AI agent performs an illegal act, the legal liability rests solely with you, the account holder.

To ensure maximum privacy, unOpen.AI utilizes full memory encryption.

• No Access: We do not possess the decryption keys to your AI’s "memory" or internal data.
• Implications: Because we cannot see your data, we cannot monitor it for compliance. Therefore, you acknowledge that our inability to police your content does not constitute a waiver of our right to terminate service for suspected violations of these terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless unOpen.AI and its officers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any claim that your AI agent caused damage to a third party.
